Product Queries

Every product in our range caters to a different issue , usage will depend on your hair goal.

Inches - If you're looking to repair damaged hair follicles and stimulate growth in balding/weak areas it is best to use it once/twice a day. However if you're looking to grow your hair in length and volume its best to use it every 2-4 days depending on your hair's porosity.


Roots - For beards we recommend using it nightly. For hair, we recommend either when flare ups occur, every 2-4 days or as a weekly treatment, depending on your needs and lifestyle.


Soil - Soil should be used during your moisturising routine. Use the LCO (Liquid, Cream, Oil) method or the LOC (Liquid, Oil, Cream) moisturise your hair. Soil acts as a "cream".


Drizzle - Drizzle can be used daily on beards as for longer hair and locs we recommend every few days or whenever your hair is starting to feel dry.


Yes ! Kids can use our products , inches in particular is great for giving your little one hair goals from an early age.

Yes! our product range is vegan friendly.

Congratulations! Our products do not contain any chemicals that can harm you or the baby. It contains a very small amount of preservative just to preserve the efficacy . However, we do recommend seeking your doctors advice if you're unsure.

Correct! Preservatives are necessary in order to make sure that your product stays at its most effective in different climates and environments. We have, however, kept our plant based preservatives to a bare minimum – it is in our best interest to ensure the efficacy of our product and also ensure that no bacteria grows inside your Planted products.


Unfortunately you can't due to the nature of the product. Certain products such as personal care (beauty) or personalised products cannot be returned.

 Of course. We do advise you to wait at least 90 days before you see results as hair growth is a journey. However, if you aren't happy with the product or if it's arrived damaged and you would like your money back, send us proof via email at to notify us about your concerns. If we deem the situation to be worth a refund you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
